Foundations is presented as individual topics.
Although some topics refer to another topic, they are independent of
each other. A read through the summary of all the foundations can be
completed in about 1/2 hour. That
said, it is much more profitable to read and contemplate the topics,
one at a time,
over several sessions. Most topics include very helpful digging
deeper and audio sections.
